Open .123 and .wk1 files on Windows 10 and 11

Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet files come from Lotus 1-2-3 (1983 to 2014). Filixir opens them without the original program. Cells and formatting, saved as Excel.

How to open one

  1. Download Filixir. It's free for Windows 10 and 11 and installs without an administrator password.
  2. Double-click your .123 file, or right-click it and choose Open with › Filixir. You can also drag it onto Filixir.
  3. The first time, Filixir offers to download its free documents add-on (the LibreOffice engine) from its makers. It takes a minute and only happens once.
  4. Look through it in Filixir, then save it in the format you want. Your original file is never changed.
