If Filixir Pro doesn't do what you needed, you can have all your money back within 14 days of buying it. No questions asked.

How to ask for a refund
- Email hello@filixir.app from the address you bought with, within 14 days of buying.
- Include your licence number or the payment reference from your receipt, if you have it.
- We refund the full amount through Dodo Payments. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
What happens to your key
The key is switched off when the refund goes through, and Filixir goes back to the free edition. Everything you already converted stays yours.
After 14 days
Write to us anyway if something is wrong, for example if a file type we list as working doesn't work for you. We'll try to fix it, and refund you if we can't.
Free edition
Filixir itself is free, so you can try every format before you buy Pro.
