Open .wp3 files on Windows 10 and 11

Photo Story project files come from Microsoft Photo Story 3 (2004 to 2011). Filixir opens them without the original program. Opens the project with its photos, captions, narration and pan-and-zoom, and saves it as an MP4 video.

How to open one

  1. Download Filixir. It's free for Windows 10 and 11 and installs without an administrator password.
  2. Double-click your .wp3 file, or right-click it and choose Open with › Filixir. You can also drag it onto Filixir.
  3. Look through it in Filixir, then save it in the format you want. Your original file is never changed.
